“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” Psalms 46:10

I grew up in the Bay Area in California and moved with my family to Texas in 2022. While attending Concordia University Nebraska, I spent my summers working at different summer camps and getting used to the Texas heat! I graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Special Education. I was involved in different extracurriculars such as singing in choir and being part of C.A.S.E, a student organization committed to improving the community within education students.

I love spending time with friends and family, finding new restaurants to try, and playing card games. On the weekend, I enjoy going on walks, doing a puzzle, or watching movies.

As an educator, I believe that every child is wonderfully made in God’s image, each created with their own special gifts. I strive to celebrate every student’s unique personality in addition to providing differentiation to support the various needs in the classroom. This is made possible by building relationships with both my students and families, creating a strong foundation for our classroom community. I hope that my students leave my class knowing that they aren’t defined by their struggles, but that they are made perfect in God’s image and are loved unconditionally by God.

“Don’t shine so that others can see you. Shine so that through you, others can see him.” – C.S. Lewis
