I live in Dallas, with my husband David and son Paul.    I have been married 25 years.  As a young child I lived in Alice, Texas (in south Texas) with my parents and brother.  We moved to Dallas in 1974 and have been here ever since.   My family and I love to travel, cook & eat together, as well as living life one-day at a time and enjoying our many Blessings.

I have over 30 years of experience in the Early Childhood/Child Development field.   I have experienced working with children from 18 months old through school-aged children.  I have a Bachelors Degree in Child Development. I studied in the Dallas County Community Colleges and finished my degree at Texas Women’s University. I am a member of the Texas & National Association for the Education of Young Children.

My family and I are life-long members of the United Methodist Church. It is where I met my husband and where we were married.  We enjoy many church activities such as helping the Insider's Group, feeding the hungry, and enjoying the fellowship of friends for many years.
